You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials (username and password). You must not share your login information with any third party. Any activity conducted through your account is your responsibility, regardless of whether you authorized such activity.
If you suspect unauthorized access to your account, you must notify kiyo4d customer support immediately. We will investigate and take appropriate action, but we are not liable for losses resulting from unauthorized access unless caused by our negligence.
kiyo4d accepts deposits via Indonesian bank transfers (BCA, BRI, BNI, Mandiri, CIMB Niaga, OCBC NISP, Bank Danamon, BSI, Bank Permata) and e-wallets (OVO, DANA, GoPay, ShopeePay, LinkAja). All transactions must be conducted in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR).
The minimum deposit amount is Rp 50,000. Maximum deposit limits may apply based on your account tier and payment method. Deposits typically process within 2 minutes during banking hours.
The minimum withdrawal amount is Rp 100,000. Maximum withdrawal per transaction is Rp 50,000,000. Withdrawals can only be made to bank accounts or e-wallets registered in your name. Third-party payments are strictly prohibited.
Withdrawal requests are processed within 5-10 minutes during WIB (Western Indonesia Time) banking hours (Monday-Friday, 09:00-18:00). Requests submitted outside banking hours will be processed on the next business day. First-time withdrawals may be subject to additional verification and may take up to 24 hours.
To comply with anti-money laundering regulations, you must wager your deposit at least once before withdrawal. Depositing funds and immediately withdrawing them without placing bets may result in account suspension and investigation.
kiyo4d does not charge fees for deposits or withdrawals. However, your bank or payment provider may impose their own fees, which are beyond our control.
All bets are subject to acceptance by kiyo4d. We reserve the right to refuse or limit any bet at our sole discretion, including but not limited to bets that we suspect are placed by persons acting in concert, bets placed using automated software or bots, or bets that appear to exploit system errors.
Bets are settled based on official results from recognized governing bodies. For football matches, results are determined by the relevant football association (FIFA, UEFA, AFC, etc.). For togel (lottery games), results are based on official draw outcomes. Disputes will be resolved using official sources.
Bets may be voided and stakes returned in cases including but not limited to: postponed or abandoned events, obvious system errors displaying incorrect odds, duplicate bets resulting from technical glitches, or matches where match-fixing or irregular betting patterns are detected.
Maximum winnings per day are capped at Rp 500,000,000 unless otherwise stated for specific promotional events. For progressive jackpot slots, winnings follow the game provider's maximum payout rules.
Football betting (bandar bola) follows standard industry rules. Full-time result markets include 90 minutes plus injury time but exclude extra time and penalty shootouts unless stated. Asian handicap (voor bola) bets follow industry-standard rules. Over/under markets are settled on total goals scored. Mix parlay (accumulator) bets require all selections to win; if any selection is void, the entire parlay is void.
All bonuses, free bets, and promotional offers are subject to specific terms and conditions which will be clearly stated at the time of the offer. These terms typically include wagering requirements, minimum odds, time limits, and eligible games.
Unless otherwise stated, bonus funds must be wagered a specified number of times (typically 5x to 20x the bonus amount) before they can be withdrawn. Only bets placed with bonus funds count toward wagering requirements.
kiyo4d reserves the right to cancel bonuses and void associated winnings if we determine that you have abused or attempted to abuse bonus offers. Abuse includes but is not limited to: creating multiple accounts to claim the same bonus repeatedly, placing opposing bets to guarantee profit, or using automated software to meet wagering requirements.
You cannot withdraw bonus funds directly. Bonus funds become withdrawable only after you complete the stated wagering requirements. If you request a withdrawal before completing wagering requirements, all bonus funds and associated winnings will be forfeited.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless kiyo4d, its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses (including legal fees) arising from your use of the platform, your violation of these terms, or your violation of any applicable law.
You may close your account at any time by contacting customer support. Upon closure, you must withdraw any remaining balance. If you have active bets, those bets will be settled before final account closure.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at our sole discretion if we determine that you have violated these Terms & Conditions, engaged in fraudulent activity, abused bonuses, created multiple accounts, or participated in any activity that harms the integrity of the platform.
If your account is suspended or terminated for violations, any remaining balance may be forfeited, and all pending bets may be voided. We will investigate all circumstances before taking such action.
These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which kiyo4d holds its international gaming license. Any disputes arising from these terms or your use of the platform shall be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the jurisdiction where our license is issued.
